The alarm did not ring

iPhone: allow alarms in Settings → Gooood Morning → Alarms. Alarms ring even in Silent mode and Focus.

Android: open the app's Settings → Alarm setup and turn on every item there. That covers exact alarms, notifications, full-screen alerts and no battery restrictions. Some phone makers stop background apps; the setup screen links to the right setting.

I can't stop the alarm

Complete the mission. If you are away from your barcode or NFC sticker, the mission switches to math after 3 minutes. In a real emergency, hold "Emergency stop" for 5 seconds.

Restore a purchase

Open Settings → Plan → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Cancel the subscription

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
